Simply refer a friend/family member to us (with their permission) to sell their house, and when it is sold, you both choose to have £100 Amazon or M&S vouchers.

Terms and Conditions apply:
- The referrer and referee (seller) is eligible to receive a £100 voucher (either Amazon or M&S) if the referee signs up to sell their property in a sole agency agreement.
- Sellers can only be referred to Homes & Land Residential Estate Agents once. In the event that a seller is referred to Homes & Land Residential Estate Agents more than once, only the first person to refer that seller to Homes & Land Residential Estate Agents (with the referred person's permission) will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme.
- The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Homes & Land Residential Estate Agents for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018. The referee will indemnify Homes & Land Residential Estate Agents for any loss or claim arising out of the referee's failure to procure such consent.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no referral gift amount is payable to either the referrer or referred person (seller) if the seller does not complete on the sale of their property. Also, no referral gift amount is payable to either the referrer or referred person (seller) if the seller cancels our sole agency agreement at any time.
- The referee agrees that Homes & Land Residential Estate Agents will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the exercise of any of the vouchers in this scheme, and that the referee exercises such vouchers or experiences wholly at their own risk.
- Vouchers must be claimed within 30 days of the date of completion.
