Mike Drewery
Managing Director

Mike founded the company in 2015 following a 29 year career in Estate Agency in the Norfolk and Suffolk area.

As the head of a specialist land and new homes department, he has gained and worked with many reputable local development clients over the years, which remain with him today, and which backed him in setting up this company.

Mike has extensive experience and expertise in relation to planning applications, estate agency, specialising in the new homes and land sales.

Mike has always had an interest in all sports, especially football and golf. He is a keen follower of the local team Norwich City, with season tickets. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Julie Drewery
Director

Julie is married to Mike and her main job for 30 years was taking care of their four children, She has worked part time over the years, for a range of businesses, including in an estate agency, so has some experience in property.

Julie takes care of the running of the office and administration.

Outside of work Julie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Jonathan Hawkes
Gorleston Office Branch Manager

Jonathan was involved from the beginning of setting up this company and has 10 years experience within the property industry and estate agency.

Jonathan has extensive experience in selling and listing residential properties and development land. He has for the last 5 years worked with developers in the new homes sector.

Jonathan’s two big addictions are collecting Lego and supporting Tottenham Hotspurs Football Club, although Mike has run a well organised campaign in the last few years to try and get him to change football club support to the local team Norwich City.

Ivor Holden
Consultant

Ivor has over 27 years working within the field of housing working with local authorities, registered social landlords, private landlords, builders and home owners/tenants.

He obtained an honours degree in Housing Studies whilst studying in Sheffield, and is an associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Ivor hails from ‘up north’ and is an avid Preston North End fan.

He also likes researching his family history and spending time with his family.

Joe Drewery
Senior Negotiator

Joe has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Building Surveying from studying at Coventry University. Whilst studying he also gained experience working as a professional snagging inspector, he therefore has a great eye for detail. He also has experience working for a construction cost consultancy firm.

Joe has an interest in all sports, especially football and skateboarding. He is a keen follower of the local team Norwich City. He also enjoys spending time with his family and 2 dogs.
